I stayed at this lovely house in a great location for visiting family in Durham. It was perfect in every way, with excellent value for money. The host, Martin, was fantastic with communication. The house was spotlessly clean and had thoughtful touches like a welcome pack, games, books, and a PlayStation for the kids. The washer/dryer and dishwasher made it feel like a home away from home. We slept so well and enjoyed the nearby shops and takeaways. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The house was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack, games, books, and even a PlayStation for the kids - they really thought about what people would need while away from home. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were also a great bonus, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with a short walk to town and a big supermarket nearby.

A few of the single beds were not very comfortable according to the kids. One of them even mentioned feeling a spring sticking out through the mattress.

This serviced accommodation was perfect for our family getaway. The location was great, just a short walk to the town and a big Tesco. The house was well presented and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The added extras like fresh milk, bread, butter, and biscuits were a nice touch. We appreciated the spaciousness of the house and the quiet surroundings. The host was very helpful and responsive to our requests. it was excellent value for money.

The shower pressure could have been stronger, but it was still acceptable.

This accommodation was better than I expected! The house is warm, clean, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, especially in the twin room and the master bedroom, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, and the washer/dryer and dishwasher were a great addition. The attention to detail with the welcome pack, games, books, and PlayStation for kids was thoughtful and made it feel like a home away from home.

One small downside was that the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

Lovely house, well presented and good location. 10-minute walk to town and a big supermarket. It's the little things that make all the difference, like the added extras of fresh milk, bread, butter, and biscuits. We also appreciated the fact that we had a full house for a fraction of the price compared to a hotel, and our children had the freedom to move around.

A few of the single beds weren't very comfortable according to the kids. One of them complained about feeling a spring sticking in her back, and my son mentioned that the bed in the single room squeaked every time he moved.
